Does this sound familiar?

You're not broken, and you're not alone.

Most of the people I work with arrive carrying something they've never said out loud. If any of this lands, you're in the right place.

Sex feels like a chore, a worry, or a fight, not connection.
Performance anxiety, erection or arousal issues, or pain during sex.
The same argument keeps happening and nothing actually changes.
Trust has been broken, by an affair, secrets, or slow drift.
Mismatched libido, kink, or desire that no one wants to talk about.
You want to feel something again, for your partner, or yourself.

About me

Straightforward, steady, and on your side.

With over six years across community health and a specialist sex therapy clinic, I've sat with people through the messiest, most human parts of life, addiction, trauma, infidelity, dysfunction, disconnection. My job is to make the room feel safe enough that the real conversation can actually happen.

Holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centred, but warm and easy to talk to. Think real, not clinical.

More about Ashley

Collaborative care

Working alongside your GP & specialists.

With your consent, I'm happy to collaborate with your GP, psychiatrist, urologist, gynaecologist, or other treating specialists to give you the most effective, collaborative care. Combining psychotherapy with medical treatment, including medications where clinically appropriate, often produces stronger, longer-lasting outcomes than either approach alone.

No referral is required to see me, but I'm glad to coordinate with anyone already on your team.

Common questions

The things people ask before booking.

Do I need a referral?+

No. You can book directly, no GP referral or mental health care plan required.

Is it confidential?+

Yes. Sessions are private and confidential, with the standard legal exceptions explained at intake.

Do I have to talk about sex straight away?+

Not at all. We move at your pace. Many clients start with anxiety, relationships, or stress and ease into the rest when they're ready.

Do you see individuals as well as couples?+

Yes, both. And LGBTQ+, kink, ENM and poly clients are genuinely welcome here.
